COVID 19 STATEMENT - UPDATED SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
At Boutique J.Renee, it is always our goal is to provide high-quality products and the best possible customer service experience. We sincerely appreciate all of the love and support of our amazing customers have shown over the last 7 years.
Unfortunately, the COVID 19 crisis has presented many challenges that have affected day to day operations of businesses worldwide. In efforts to maintain our commitment excellence, and ensure the safety of both our team and our customers, the following adjustments will be made.
Due to an influx in orders, please allow up to 48hrs for a response when emailing customer service. For your convenience, we have displayed information about shipping, returns, and product details on the website. Please take advantage of the immediate availability of those resources.
Items sell out on a weekly basis, but we do consistently restock items. If you do not see your size available, we encourage you to sign up for the restock notifications on the product page, and you will receive an email if/when the item restocks.
If you purchase an item that has an "estimated" ship date, please note that that item is a pre-order item. Shipping times on pre-orders are estimated, but may not be exact. We try our best to ship by that exact date, but many shipments have been delayed as a result of COVID 19. Pre-orders may ship before or after the estimated ship date, so please keep that in mind when making a purchase.
Updated Shipping Policy:
As fore-mentioned, the COVID 19 crisis has presented challenges that have affected every industry, including the shipping industry. As a result, we have temporarily eliminated our expressing shipping option. All orders will be shipped through our standard shipping option. Delivery times vary based off of location, however, it is our goal to still continue shipping and processing orders within 3-5 business days. Most customers have been receiving their orders within that timeframe; However, due to the uncertainty of shipping delays, please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your item.
Updated Return Policy:
In the event that you need to return an item, it must be shipped back to us within 5 days of you receiving the item. Please email customer service to confirm the return, and send your tracking number (not a picture of the receipt) immediately afterward. We are currently experiencing delays with our returns as a result of USPS mail delays caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. As a result, please allow up to 7-21 business days for us to receive and process your return. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

As of June 29, 2020, we no longer offer exchanges. Upon receipt of your item we will email you and issue a store credit that you can use at your leisure. Store credits do not expire.
