NEW STORE CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS: EFFECTIVE JULY 24, 2024

1) Put items in your cart that you would like to purchase, then click checkout.

2) Type in your email and follow the instructions to log in your Shop Pay account.

3) Click the "payment methods" tab, and click "Add store credit" and select the amount you would like to apply.  This will also show your current store credit balance.

*Please note that credit issued on our old system PRIOR to July 24, 2024, cannot be combined with new credits or discount codes.  If you would like to update your credit and/or combine your credits, please email customer service at help@boutiquejrenee.com

 

You will need a store account to access your funds.  If you have not already made an account, please click the link below and create an account using the email attached to your last purchase.

Using Your Store Credit:

1. From the Homepage, click the small “person” icon in the top right corner next to the shopping cart, and log into your store account. 

2. Log into your store account, and return to the home page.

3. Click that same icon again to return to your account details, and a button will pop up that says “STORE CREDIT”.

4. Click the that button and select the amount you would like to use.  

5. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Your credit will be displayed at checkout.

 
*Please note that store credits cannot be used in combination with any other discounts at checkout.
